With more than two decades of experience and deep roots in Blue Ridge, Christal Davis brings both expertise and heart to every real estate journey she guides.  A North Georgia native, she began working in real estate while still in high school and quickly fell in love with the industry—launching a lifelong career defined by leadership, service, and entrepreneurship. Over the years, Christal opened a satellite office in Blue Ridge on Aska Road and later co-founded Georgia Real Estate Company, which she successfully operated through 2025.  With 22+ years as an advisor, she specializes in new construction, luxury properties, first- and second-time buyers, farms, developments, and investment opportunities.  Her deep market knowledge and steady approach allow her to serve clients with confidence, clarity, and care.

Christal joined Engel & Völkers for its ability to pair global reach with local expertise. The brand’s commitment to elevated service, collaboration, and quality mirrors her own values, allowing her to represent clients at the highest level while remaining deeply connected to the community she knows and loves. Family is at the center of Christal’s life. She has been married for 27 years to her husband, Vincent Davis, a builder and broker, and is a proud mother and grandmother. Much of her joy is found gathered around the table with family, sharing meals and time together. Outside of real estate, she enjoys thrifting, antique shopping, and traveling in search of vintage treasures.

Her faith and church family are foundational, and she actively volunteers with her church, schools, and homeless shelters.
